Catalog numbers below are display references for the three capacity classes. All three share the same platform build and finish; capacity is the selection criterion, not a different product line.

Build and finish, line by line
The platform is U-section steel, fully welded into a closed cavity. That shape resists the twisting a loaded deck sees at a busy gate. Before coating, the steel is shot-blasted to Sa2.5, then painted on both sides with a double-coat system that reaches a dry film of at least 120 μm - the part that decides how the deck looks after a few seasons outdoors.
The platform has been through a third-party 2,000,000-cycle fatigue test, so the structure is proven for repeated loading rather than a single proof load. Standard deck is 3500x1000 mm; a widened 4200x1000 mm deck is available. For fleets with mixed axle spacing, ZDG multi-deck combinations let one station cover different wheelbases.
We state only figures from our product manual. Final configuration, accessories and pricing are confirmed on inquiry - we do not publish a fixed price list.
Built for permanent, high-traffic gates
Plant inbound, mine outbound, port gates and logistics parks are the usual homes. If traffic is moving rather than static, look at the WIM plate sensor in Aisle C instead; if the point is temporary, look at Aisle B.
Fixed weighbridge FAQ
Short answers to the questions that hold up an order.
Can I order a deck size that is not listed?
Yes. Custom deck dimensions are handled as a configuration request. Tell us the target size and axle layout on the inquiry form and we will confirm what is buildable.
Do you provide installation guidance?
We have our own installation and maintenance teams and can supply guidance for the foundation and deck placement as part of the order.
Should I choose a fixed or a portable scale?
Fixed weighbridges suit a permanent gate with steady traffic. Portable units suit temporary or seasonal points. The comparison on this page and the catalog page lays out the trade-off.
How long is the lead time?
Typical lead time is around 60 days from confirmed configuration. MOQ is one unit and payment is T/T.
