What a weighbridge price actually depends on.
We do not print a single number, because a fixed price would be wrong for most sites. Here is the short list of things that move a quote - and how to get yours in one email.
- Capacity class
- Deck size
- Format
- Trade term
- Quantity
Configured, not list-pricedSeven things that set the number
Have these ready and the first reply is a price, not twenty more questions.

A catalog price would mislead you
Two enquiries with the same headline capacity can be completely different jobs: one is a single fixed gate with a printed ticket, the other a WIM lane with license plate recognition, an LED board and unattended enforcement records. Same capacity class, completely different build. That is why the depot quotes the configuration rather than advertising a "weighbridge for sale" figure.
What we can state up front: typical lead time around 60 days, MOQ one unit, payment T/T, and the full range of trade terms from EXW to DDP. Everything else is confirmed against your spec.
Buttons labelled "Check Stock Availability & Price" open a quotation request. We confirm current build slots and pricing by email - we do not advertise stock on hand or a lowest-price claim.
The questions buyers ask first
Do you publish a weighbridge price list?
No. Every build is configured - capacity, deck, format, peripherals, destination and trade term all change the number. We quote the finished configuration instead of a headline figure that would not match your site.
What is the lead time?
Typical lead time is around 60 days from confirmed configuration.
What is the minimum order?
MOQ is one unit, which keeps the door open for a distributor testing a single station.
What payment do you accept?
Payment is T/T. Trade terms run from EXW through FCA, FOB, CNF, CIF, DAP and DDP.
Can I get a custom deck size?
Yes. Custom deck dimensions are a configuration request - send the target size with your inquiry and we will confirm what is buildable.
Do you provide installation guidance?
Our own installation and maintenance teams can support the build as part of the order.
Which accuracy class applies?
For the WIM plate sensor our manual states ±0.5% dynamic accuracy, gross weight Class 1 and single axle Class E. For other formats the applicable class is confirmed with the configuration.
Is a portable scale cheaper than a fixed one?
Not a question we answer with a number - the two solve different site problems. Compare them on the portable axle scale page before you decide on price alone.
Send the seven inputs, get one number.
Capacity, deck, format, peripherals, destination, trade term and quantity. Put them in the form and we will come back with pricing and a build sheet.
Check Stock Availability & PriceQuotation request only. Pricing and current build slots are confirmed by email.
